1 General Terms

Welcome to the ta44 platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ta44 and all users of the platform. By accessing or using the ta44 website or application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account and use the services on ta44. The platform's services are available only to those aged 21 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, ta44 reserves the right to close all such accounts immediately and cancel any bonuses or winnings earned.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure and the balance may be forfeited. ta44 may request valid identification at any time for identity verification.

3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.
  • Always log out after using a public or shared device.
  • Do not share your account details with anyone.
  • ta44 will never ask for your password by email or chat.

ta44 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access, unless it is proven to have occurred due to ta44's negligence.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the ta44 platform is ৳300, which applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods:

  • Rocket
  • Upay
  • Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others)

Once a deposit is verified, it is generally credited to the account within a few minutes. For delays, please contact our support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, processing may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete or suspicious activity is detected.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawing via a different method will require an additional verification process.

4.3 Transaction Limits

ta44 reserves the right to set or change deposit or withdrawal limits for security, compliance, or technical reasons. Contact live chat support for information about current limits.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After opening a new account on ta44, a 150% welcome bonus is awarded on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the applicable bonus code must be used at the time of registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must complete betting equal to 25 times (25x) the combined total of the deposit amount and the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳62,500 in bets.

  • A specific time limit applies for completing the wagering requirement.
  • Some games may contribute partially or not at all toward the wagering calculation.
  • A maximum bet limit per bet from the bonus balance is set.
  • If you attempt to withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotions

ta44 regularly offers various promotions and offers. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the promotions page. If there is a conflict with the general terms, the specific promotion's terms will take precedence.

6 Betting Rules

All betting activities on the ta44 platform are governed by the following general rules:

  • Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • ta44 reserves the right to void bets placed on odds or results that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
  • If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be returned.
  • If a betting market is suspended, bets placed during that time will be considered void.
  • The betting history records stored on ta44's servers will be considered the final authority.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ta44 platform and any occurrence may result in account closure as well as legal action:

  • Creating or operating an account under someone else's identity.
  • Operating multiple accounts in the name of the same person or family member.
  • Coordinated or artificial betting for the purpose of exploiting bonus benefits.
  • Taking unfair advantage by exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
  • Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
  • Using automated software, bots, or any other technical aid.
  • Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
  • Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

ta44 gives the highest priority to the privacy of your personal information. We use SSL encryption to keep all data secure. Your information will not be sold or shared with any third party, except where required by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

10.2 Closure or Suspension by ta44

ta44 reserves the right to immediately close or suspend an account in the following cases:

  • Any violation of these Terms.
  • If fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
  • If false identity or information is provided.
  • Upon instruction from a court or law enforcement agency.
  • If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

The valid balance of a closed account may be returned after review, however if the account was closed due to fraud, all balances will be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ta44 will not be liable for the following:

  • Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
  • Issues caused by third-party software or hardware faults.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, cyber attacks, etc.).
  • Loss caused by the user's negligence or intentional actions.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

The ta44 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, but we always strive to ensure the highest quality of service.

12 Changes to Terms

ta44 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will make an effort to notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the new Terms.
